It reaches people who need a defensible figure and the date it was measured. Placement here is limited, disclosed, and sold on terms that are published before any conversation starts.

The terms, in advance
Published before the first agreement so they cannot be renegotiated during one. A partner is buying association with a title that holds these — remove them and there is nothing left worth sponsoring.
Starting a conversation. Email the partnerships address with who you are, what you had in mind, and roughly when. A reply usually takes a day or two, and includes current audience figures and rates. Enquiries that would fail the terms above are declined at that stage rather than after work has started.
